This nine week training program for beginning runners and runners looking to get bck in to shape trainins specifivally for the Ferguson Twilight Run. The C25K program begins Monday, March 20 and is three evening each week (Mon/Wed/Fri) at 6pm at Forwestwood Park (806 Ferguson Ave). The C25K program starts out with run/walks and adds additional running distances each week.
Each workout last one hour, including warm ups, cool downs, and stretching. Email Coach Shelton at firstname.lastname@example.org to register. The program is FREE and you do not need to be a resident of Ferguson to participate.
